  • Incorrect Shipment: If we send the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Correct Item Return: If you wish to return an item for reasons other than our error (e.g., sizing or style), return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Timeframe: Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Please note we do not accept returns for products over 30 days old from the date they were received.
  • Exchanges: We do not accept direct exchanges. If you do not like the item you purchased, you can apply for a return and repurchase the item you prefer.

Return Processing Time

  • We aim to process returns within 3 business days of receiving them at our warehouse. During high-volume periods, especially holidays, processing may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
  • Please note it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
